Her 200m pr is 25 seconds, which equates to about 12.5 for 100m, so her kick has always been powerful.
However, she lacked speed endurance to carry that ability into the last 100-200m of a race against elite women.
Her current ability is not something that has arisen out of nowhere. The process was gradual, and now she
is world class.
This is not a magical breakthrough. It's simply a well calculated progression.
