I am 5'11, 154 pounds, 17 years old
Ive been doing serious training for 3 seasons now.
I want to lose a little weight because i know a few pounds can slow you down in a race. I also want to know what to do to make my abs show becaue i have been doing planks, pushups and stuff like that everday for about 2 months now. Do my abs not show because i am not eating the best foods for my body, or am i eating too much? I try to eat natural foods like fruit and such, but also protein like steak. I stay away from proccssed foods usually. I want to know what i could do do nutritionally to slim down a little.
Just for reference to my fitness level I ran 10:46 2 mile last season in track.
Any advice appreciated
