no need to apologize.
Letsrun.com message board readers have proven to be intelligent enough to separate the wheat from the chaff. -
It was classic. Lots of good responses.

Here is an article on the race. Wacera is now tied with Catherine Ndereba and John Korir for most Boilermaker victories (4).

Nice bounce back race by Kieffer . Any idea which fall marathon she is running?
-
Allie k. Is not racing smart and using her head, she will be hurt and injured before to long again....to stupid chasing small paychecks.
-
Too, to, and two are three different words which all have different meanings.

*Too
Seems to be racing pretty smart given her 4th place finish at peach tree and 6th place finish at bookmaker today. She’s fit and hopefully she can run well under her 2:29 PR from New York this fall. -
*boilermaker yikes haha
-
Not going to happen, cause ummmmm she will be injured morons.
-
This race seems like a good one to travel to and run.
14,000 in the 15k.
sounds pretty exciting for a relatively small town. -
A little disappointed not to see Sara Hall going the line at the Boilermaker.
I thought the reason for all of her recent racing was to try to instill in her adopted daughters that sense of "Good Old Fashion American Hard Work."
She is obviously trying to overcompensate for Ryan's inability to find gainful employment since leaving competitive running. The attempt to support the family as a Instagram inspirational semi-professional bodybuilder just isn't working.
Hopefully, this young life crisis will pass.
A good sign would be to see him cranking out sub-5:00 tempo runs with his newly formed elite training group in Flag.
Meanwhile, Sara is doing the right thing by using all the domestic issues to fuel her a running.
Run Sara, Run! Take it out on the roads.

Pretty good, better at the longer distances. Next Ryan Hall? -
The King Of The Roads, the legend, Bill Rodgers finished 3523rd today in 1:22:59. Still gettin’ it done!

While you may already know this, please note that this is not THE Grant Fisher (2-time footlocker champ, HS sub-4, NCAA title, etc), it is Grant FisCher. Different dude, but still very good. -
I tend to agree that racing two 10K+ races within a week isn't optimal. Hopefully she'll recover now.

I disagree. She's a tough runner and has been for years. -
His former teammate Jerrell Mock was an even more impressive 11th Place (2nd American) in 44:31. He was an All-American for CSU and has a 28:11 10k PR.
