Mzungu, your infos are not correct, and I don't know from where you took Erick's training, that is something very different.
First, he ran in Defense Championships in two different days :
6 June : winning 10000m in 28'17"1
8 June : 3rd in 5000m in 13'47"8.
The official results are not correct, because don't have the specific day of every event, so every competition seems to have been in the first day (6th of June), but this is not true.
After these two competitions, Erick started the race of 10000m during the National Championships, but fell down with a hard impact in one knee, and had to stop for about one month.
I don't know from where you took that training. What Erick did, following the program I prepared for him, in the main sessions, is as follows :
