Serious question, what is her event? Tri, full or 10k?

I wish she actually started racing again instead of posting advertisements all over her Instagram. It’s just getting old.

A bit awkward. I'm glad she showed us her house. Her husband seems really nice. She seems ok but more ice queen-ish, but I'm sure that is just her voice too.
Stanley will get older and realize what's going on...:)
What will he realize? That he has two parents that care and are not abusive and be thankful for it?
You get it!
I like Dad a lot, and he shows me how to use the compost pile, but Mom wears the pants in the relationship. And all she does is talk about her medals and stuff! She's on the computer all the time, and whenever I go to talk to her she's always on the same page. And it's this yellow page--all over--and has the letters L and R at the top. Every single time!

For real why is she still such a big deal ?
I mean she did some really crazy things in Triathlon and it was interesting seeing where this would lead in Track.
You answered your own question in the first post and there are 4+ pages?!
I’m in the camp of people who think that crossing over into a different event tends to make an athlete look brash, arrogant, overconfident. Like, “But i’m Gwen Jorgensen. I know everything about winning gold medals, and now i want my gold medal in the marathon!”
Even within a sport, it is rare for an athlete to think they can get to elite levels of performance at a different position. Tom Brady doesnt say, “now i want to win a super bowl as an offensive tackle”. And derek jeter doesnt say, “i’m going to play pitcher now.”
To me, a crossover athlete — from a PR perspective — has to be really careful. Ideally, they should seem humble about their chances of becoming the best in the world at something.
The idea that gwen couldve jumped to the front of the line, and started outperforming longtime marathon pro women, (which hasnt happened) probably was the wrong place to start. She probably didnt know, at the time, that she wasn’t going to be top American at a world major, but now, with the benefit of hindsight, it seems like she should have framed her move to bowerman track club, as “wanting new challenges” and “seeing what I’m capable of in road running” and “seeing whether i can compete at a high level with such a talented field of runners.”
It'll be interesting to see if she's back on social media. I liked her YT vids, as cheesy as they were.
Distance running is the least athletic of all sports . Group of people with weak frames, low muscle mass , and failed
at team sports . This distance running is the one sport to try . You would never find a weak bodied distance runner say, "Ill try to make the NHL, or MLB now.
