Ok, but 1:59/2:00 is not a time that deserves to win anything. That is about 1:46 for a male.
Actually, thanks to drugs & ladyboys we can't tell what it is the equivalent of. The point is the person I know can't get past the heats/semis to get into faster races where she can improve to 1:58 or even 1:57.
Really not a valid point by any stretch of the imagination.
Drug use across the men's and women's sports can be assumed to be equal.
I'm sorry the person you know is struggling to run faster than 1:59/2:00 but there are plenty of 1:46 male runners in the same position. It's called sport. Not everyone is the best. Plenty female girls have run 1:57.
Your 2:00 club member is not struggling to make finals because of 2/3 athletes in Africa. She would struggle to make a European or US final and certainly wouldn't win anything if 1:59/2:00 is her best.
What's more, the other day Sharp entered the Men's BMC race like she has done many times before and ran 2:00. Women always have an opportunity to get into fast races with men, ask Paula.
If the athlete you are thinking of was good enough to run 1:57 and mix it with the top talent in the world then she simply would. Caster isn't stopping her.
