Great run for Goule. I like seeing the NCAA products up there.
I would bet Semenya will run like, 1:52 this year as a middle finger to the IAAF before returning to 1:56-1:57 when the new rules take effect.
It is great to see a REAL 1,500 meter race for a change instead of running a 2:08 to 2:17 800 meters and then deciding to run and clock a 3:43 to 3:50 1,500.
Didn't realize Demps is full-time T&F now. I don't blame him considering he probably made more money in one year as an NFL bench warmer than he will in his entire track career, but I wonder what he could have done if he just stuck on the track full time.

For context, she was 2:00-2:01 when they limited her before. The new limits are even more stringent. She will likely no longer be world class if the proposed rule changes actually go into effect.

You have to wonder, don't you?
The 1500 on Thursday just got a lot more interesting.

Yea, I think she is trying to make a mockery of female competition and going to take a run at the world record before the end of this season..
Would people rather See her jog the 800m for another year in 1:57s? It's awesome that we get to see someone taking legit shots at a WR, don't be bitter and just appreciate it.
800 recap is up with video highlights and LRC analysis:

What I don't understand is why Ruth Jebet's ridiculous WR still stands after she tested for EPO
Because psuedoscience drugs with imaginary benefits didn't help her in the least.
IAAF please stop abusing the women's events and remove the two clowns.

What was Ajee?!
Ajee was first woman, with 1:57.11 for the women's winning time.

Neither one of them should be in there in the first place.
Truth!

Heck I would be far more sympathetic to their cause if they wore bras like the actual women in the race. Just seems like a piss take the moment.

They're starting to. They had some outstanding long jump results recently. It's going to start a flood, and given their population, we may see some amazing things ahead.
