lol, good lord, can't even make this stuff.

But why should i believe he listens to rap music. It's easy to make up anything you want.
Like I said before, the fact that there is a group of students reporting similar issues would lead me to believe there is likely something behind them until shown otherwise.
Here is what we have so far:
1. What Lyles said
2. A group of students turning in a packet documenting alleged discrimination as well
3. Lyles being the only coach skipped over for a pay raise despite running a successful program.
That's more than a 'he said, she said' situation. That's a mounting pile of evidence.
It could still turn out that the allegations are false, but to dismiss them out of hand because he 'listens to rap music at meets' is idiotic at best and lends credence to the claims that there issues going on in his work environment.
Professional environment? You're coaching kids games to unpaid amateurs for chris' sake.
