I captured the video from 1500 and you can see when she's on the mid line of the 4x1 exchange zone so that's exactly 100 out. Came up with 13 seconds 2 frames and was captured at 59.94 frames a second. So 13.03 for her last 100. That's pretty fast.
Looks like 28.5 for last 200 as well.

Rojo, the straight line is the start of the 110 hurdles. Those lines are the start of the relay. If you look at photos of the 100m start, you'll see that the first lane of the 100m intersects the curve at lane 4.
There doesn't appear to be any mid-zone hash marks so you're going to have to use the solid line that marks the end of the relay zone (90m) then extrapolate. Photos are here.

I hand timed her at 13.2 to 13.3 several times.
Using the clock on the screen and pausing the video, it looked to be 13.1.
Any Letsrun meteorologists on the ground here with updates? They have to reset the clock every time we hear a bolt, right?

It’s about as good as you’re going to get. At least all of the video is devoted to the 10,000. The London 10k on YouTube is great, but it does miss some of the action due to long jump.

In the very first photo you linked to, you can see the mid-zone hash mark right at the feet of the official that is standing in lane one on the curve.
Figured I would re-watch Drake for the hell of it. Weather is pristine (if a bit cool) and the stadium is nearly full. A stark contrast.
