My picks would be push-up , Turkish get up with the high bridge, and lunge.

Deadlift , pull ups and dips.
Gotta ask why dips? I’m not criticizing just curious.
Let me add these exercises you choose would keep you injury free and keep you running.

I agree with your first two. I think my third would be a farmer's walk.
Single leg RDLs, planks and clamshells with resistance bands.
Yes! Racked or suitcase?
I like this answer because most people can do these exercises.
What three muscles contribute the most for running efficiently and keeping you injury free? Anyone?
Squat, Bench, Row
hill sprints, skipping rope on one foot, bounding.

These exercises were specific to rehabbing injuries I've had (glute, quad, lower ankle, hip flexor). Of these exercises, RDLs with kettlebells seemed like the best bang for the buck. You can involve the upper body with simulated running motion, a hip hinge and a single overhead lift. Alternatively, you can use an unbalanced setup with one kettlebell to do the same.
Running
Running up hill
Running down hill

Dips give you that nice horseshoe definition. Just look at any male gymnast at the Olympic. They have triceps and delts that rival pro bodybuilders. Injury prevention? Percy Cerutty once said, "Runners don't run with their legs, they run on their legs. In reality, they run with their arms."
Running up hill! And down! Yes!
Barbell Bench, Dumbell Bench, incline bench.
Bench

This is my “I have 20 minutes and don’t want to turn into a decrepit old man just yet” routine. Plus maybe planks and dips, but first those three.
For me it's. push-ups. Upright row (really seems to help me late in runs). And probably the clean.
I’m liking these responses. No sarcasm.
Keep it simple. Like that.
Interesting no one is saying too much about squats.
Or saying squat about squats. Sorry pun intended.
