Why doesn't Touhy run a real national meet?

Tuohy beat Chimel by 40 seconds at states and NXN. Chimel beat Caitlin Lane in Edinburgh.

DATE OF BIRTH 15 AUG 2002 she is not yet 16 . You can run Jrs. / U-20 at 14 but cannot be eligible for a National Team until you are 16.

Actually, I think the reason she didn't run Penn was because the NRHS coach didn't enter her/them in time. But otherwise, carry on, LOL

She might as well run/win these big meets while she can. I can tell she'll be a no show in college.
