NBC Sports Gold is easily worth the $70. Many many meets/races throughout the year. You get to see everything with no commercials. Can watch every attempt in the field events. It's a great deal
Rojo, Murphy didn't take anybody out. He was running on the rail in a straight line. Pay attention before posting BS

Looks like that 3rd heat of the 1500 was a good finish. Casey coming up to win and Ciattei coming from 10th to almost sneak in

Not really IMO. Obviously depends on your focus, but I think all things considered with the exclusives, getting yearly Runnerspace + FloPro accounts is more worth it than NBC gold.
First of all NBC gold usually only broadcasts meets that are (in some capacity) also on NBC / NBC sports, so the national TV portions are always available for free online. Also for DL meets the international announcers are typically better than the NBC ones anyways, and those are all on the IAAF youtube channel.
It does suck for USATFs because this is the one meet that you truly do need to pay to watch, at least for prelims -- but tomorrow the main events will all be online so it won't be that bad. I was hoping that Runnerspace or Flotrack would rebroadcast the prelims again this year "for Canadian IP addresses only" but no dice. -

I paid for NBC Gold last summer to watch the DL Meetings. I probably used the platform 4 or 5 times. This year I upgraded my Comcast a sports package for an extra $11.00 per month. Now I record them all on my DVR instead of having to watch on my laptop. If I wanted to, i can stream my Comcast as well.
Granted it doesn't show all prelims but I'll watch more meetings on my TV than on my laptop.
I hook up my laptop to my TV so have the big screen and the Ad free feed - NBC Gold is a great deal. If you happen to live in the Des Moines area the cheapest ticket (all sessions package) will cost you $60. -
How do some of these athletes keep their contracts? i understand that it is an off year but some of them are not even running times that would lead the HS ranks

Does anyone have a live stream (a website that streams NBC)?

Not a matter of being poor (for 95% of us. NBCGOLD NOT available outside the U.S.). And yes, please do keep any play by play coming. Really appreciate it. I have Emily taking it over Molly, with Gwen third. -
