According to Tilastapaja, she's progressed nicely over the years.
201 4- 4:52.64
2015 - 4:41.40
2016 - 4:27.90
2017 - 4:19.85
2018 - 4:09.25
She ran an 800 pb of 2:06.30 on June 13th. The fastest 3k listed for her is a 9:10 from February.
The 9:10 won her the Irish senior indoor nationals. She ran away with it, with splits of 3:10, 3:00, 2:55 (last K solo).

Those splits don’t add up.

Correct, sorry for typo. 3:10 1st km, then healy takes over with 3:05 and 2:55. Apologies

I don't really understand the need to diss one great runner in order to celebrate someone else's incredible performance.
Could we please be better than the knuckle-draggers who populate the media and fanbase of the "major" sports?
Is this second to only Zola budd now in this AG?
So what universities in the USA are going to be out there trying to recruit her to their school? Villanova, BYU, etc.

Mary Cain ran 4:04 two weeks after her 17th birthday.
Georgie Clarke ran 4:06 as a 15 year old.
2nd in European U18 history behind a Romanian from the early 80s. I don't think budd became a European citizen until 18, and her marks before then were never officially ratified because they were run under apartheid in South Africa.
Ummmm.... Ever heard of Jordan Hasay?

She's 17. So how does that compare to Tuohy?? By the time Tuo is 17 I'm sure she'll run similar if not better times.....
yes, I agree

No. I'm trying to combat xenophobia. Tuohy may run this fast next year but 4 seconds is nice improvement. I was just amazed there is a 17-year old from the West running this fast not getting love
Also Sonia O'Sullivan's daughter who is the same age, maybe a year younger even, has run 2:05 this year

Hey, we got this far without a PEDs cheap shot. Amazing.
Along the lines of: "Scotland's Laura Muir and now this Irish kid. Very suspicious.."
