I think you've got your SJWs mixed up, ever been to San Francisco?
I prefer an Amsterdam coffee house, where you can smoke weed or hash and use the bathroom without buying something.

Typical fecking Yank.
'Europe' - no mention of which actual country as if they're all the same!
Still at least you've got a passport. Holiday with Mom and Dad a break from the basement I suppose.

I’m in Europe, what’s up with the smoking? Nasty! Come on!
They smoke to cover up their body odor because they don't bathe.

Unfortunately in Britain, lot of kids still think it's cool to smoke. It's kind of a social ritual.
What I hate most is that since the indoor smoking ban of 2007, we have to walk past lots of doorways with people smoking. If it's a windy day, the smoke often blows back in the building they aren't allowed to smoke in.
...he was such a stupid get

Yea, more smoking in Europe and the life expectancy is longer. They are less stressed. In the US we are too stressed, work too much. Maybe sitting down with a cup of coffee and a cigarette is a good way to relax?
Yea is an affirmative vote. Yeah is casual form of yes. Yay, a homophone of yea, is an exclamation that signals joy or happiness. You can remember that neither yea or democracy have the letter H, and both are related to voting.
People in New York, specifically Manhattan, tend to walk a lot, and are leaner.
Interesting to know the COST of cigarettes throughout the world. Western nations taxing cigs heavily.

Smoking seems to have disappeared from many parts of the USA... I don't see anyone smoking tobacco where I live except a few older Asians and their e-cigs.

And I live in a rural area in the Midwest. Used to be that bars were filled with smoke or you'd walk out of a bar & be surrounded by smokers. Now I rarely see anyone smoking.
Despite how horrible the USA is, over 750,000 people from other countries take the oath every year to become naturalized US citizens.
Lumping the US into one group is as ignorant as doing the same with Europe.

Don't forget the whole doggy bag thing in the US. It's rare to get enough food in Europe that you're not able to eat it all.
I'm just wondering, why don't you worry about 4.7 million middle and high school students in the US who use at least one tobacco product (according to VapingDaily)? And do you even know how much US adults smoke regularly? 40 million!
I think it's better to pay attention to our problems than make a laugh of others.
Why? Europe is more hedonistic,?
UK citizen here. There are more people vaping than smoking these days, although there are still a lot of smokers.
Also, obesity is rife in the UK.
I'm glad I live in paradise.

They all died!
World Health Organisation figures from 2015 - Some random countries with smoking rate:
Mexico 13.4%
Canada 14.9%
United States 17.2%
United Kingdom 19.2%
Sweden 20.6%
Italy 23.8%
France 27.6%
Spain 29.1%
Germany 30.3%
Greece 42.4%
I go sport climbing in Europe quite often. I'm jealous of the Italians and Spaniards. they gracefully float up the rock with this effortless style. Then come down and proceed to chief a cig so casual and cool. frustrates me to death.
Where in Spain are ya?
Yeah, we love a cigarette or two. Tbh smoking is on the rise now. Despite being banned indoors (BARS, RESTAURANTS ETC) Youths still are getting into smoking.
We are not fat, we don't exercise as much, but overall our diet is quite healthy. We can get away with being sedentary and not getting too fat anyways.
