My resting heart rate is 32 BPM (no shit). But my HR is thru the roof when I'm running. I will run at an easy pace but my HR is sky high like 89%MHR and I feel like I am jogging. Does anyone have any advice? I was finishing off a long run and cruising in pretty steady and I looked down I was at 94%MHR? I'm telling you I was not red lining it. It felt like a tempo run.
