Amazing end to his college career. 3:53 miler, 2nd to Cheserek in 2016, numerous XC accomplishments. Definitely a dark horse but not particularly surprised.

Particularly impressive after being injured for much of last year.
Had a surgery on his Achilles his brother posted a picture of this time last year, what a turn around... can’t believe how little attention this is getting

I've been plagued with Achilles problems, and I am so impressed that he returned so well from Achilles surgery. I read where he had surgery in Colorado. Does anyone know what the surgery involved (ruptured Achilles, or just what ??), and also who did the surgery for him?
