Heppenstall is always right there in 3rd/4th in big meets. I have to go with his stability and experience to take the field, assuming Saruni doesn't implode.

Also, Bacon definitely should have Q'd, his heat had a +1.2.

Below is an interview with Saruni and Koech. Saruni said he likes running in the middle of the field. He didn't want to give away any secrets but said he's very confident in his training.
Sydney's brother through to the final.

Can D1 schools only afford 1 arm warmer per athlete?
Kendal Williams had a great attitude after making the 200 final. He wasn't bitter about being screwed by the wind in the 100.
He said that's track and field.
He did say he was hoping to do something big in the 100 but added he's always more confident in the 200 as he's got more time.
Does Noah Affolder have a shot at the Steeple junior record? It's 8:33, and he ran an 8:40 in semis.

Just did. Bama has 3 out in front of the pack working together.
men's 10k out in 60.xx
26:40 pace for the first 1200
Stretching out a bit a mile in. Alabama guys are being reeled in by NAU duo, Jon Green, and some dude from UK.
Is anyone watching the long jump feed right now? This announcer is out of his mind. Just talking off the cuff and is absolutely hilarious. Get this guy up in the booth for the track events.
roughly 4'20 for the mile
I've created a separate thread just for the 10k..
Anyone with a link to a live stream?
Aaand the traditional cut to the hammer throw in the middle... Alabama guys have been brought in by the pack but they're still out front leading, closing in on mile and a half mark in the race.
