I purposely left out one team because I feel like it could possibly go to any other region.

Remember when Brockport and Ithaca thought they were relevant? Heh
If Dickinson comes in 4th they're going to get a bid. There are only a few regions in the country that have better #4 teams than Dickinson- no chance CWRU or even Depauw get a bid over Dickinson or even a 6th team from New England.
We need a way to make this race fun. XC is already boring to watch and its made even worse by the fact that tailgating isn't socially acceptable for this sport. I think we should all show up to the course 3 hours early and party, just force ourselves through it. I can't watch one more meet without the need to inebriate myself.
It's rained decently heavy for two days now. Make sure you guys are prepared for a mud-fest Saturday. I don't know how well the course will dry but it's supposed to rain again Friday as well.
It will not be as bad as the Border Battle but it will be slightly damp on Saturday.
RIT is trash, region takes 2.
hey!
Heard through the telephone that RPI has decided not to run Domanico, Jaques and Falasco to save them for nationals. They feel their 6-7-8-9 are good enough to sub in and still take 2nd.
What happens if RPI ends up 3rd? Does that screw the region?
I am VERY down for this. I might just try to make this happen, I may be able to convince two other teams to join as well
If Domanico, Jacques, and Falasco didn't run at leagues, the score would have been RPI 32, RIT 39 by my calculations. This seems risky...
You bought this bullsh*it?
Just got off the phone with the meet director. It turns out the race this Saturday will be bottom 7, NOT top 7. Can somebody re-crunch the numbers so we have accurate predicitions?
I’m willing to bet the results would still be very similar or the same
Who wins?
5 Ethan Macdonald's running a 5x 1 mile (anchor Macdonald runs a .97 cause he's the speedier 1:55 Ethan)
OR
Sean and Grant in a 2x 4k

I think your number is incorrect now because RIT is indeed trash
Just putting it out there that if you don't at least do a shakeout run this Sunday you're not a real runner.
What can out-of-town fans expect for boot on the ground reporting from the course tomorrow morning? Can some freshmen who didn't make regionals team up to livestream the meet and put Flotrack's amateurish coverage to shame?
A cross-conference effort perhaps?
0% chance anyone runs faster than 25:30 tomorrow. Course is a mess.
