Unreal. Destroys all the Americans and his balls have barely descended.

What can he run at Monaco? Sub-3:30?
3:53 for both Murphy and Centro is solid running at this point in the year considering how they have looked
That was a solid run by Murphy - 3:53.
He will run 1:43 by the end of the year. He looks healthy and strong.
He will medal next year as well as in 2020
Matt looks solid, but still isn't pushing it pushing it, but I still think he has a lot left in the tank to medal in the next 2 years.

At 17! And he may have been the first clean runner across the line!
Murphy coming back from nicely from the knee surgery bit by bit.
Centro is working himself back to form. He'll be OK.
Ha!
Cheryouit goes 3:49 looking like a man trying to catch up with a bus....
Ingie is one cool young cat.
Centro, wow, he's just not there.

Pretty sure that is a U18 record. #11 all time for U20 (a list that probably has some inaccurate ages).
Silas Kiplagat has to be one of the greatest fall-offs of recent track history.
In 2014 he was a 3:27 man.
In 2018 he is bringing up the rear 15 seconds behind the winner.
What happened to him?

I'd say the opposite. Centro and Murphy had solid performances considering the past year. Starting to round back into shape well
I don't get the "Jordan" thing at all... why?
Jakob certainly isn't cowed by anyone.
I agree Murphy is progressing nicely after what he's been through. Hopefully the Nike folks don't go overboard with distance work with him. He's a guy with speed.
Centro is coming along. He'll be a medal contender yet again next season.

I would say that he is most likely of the up and comers to run 3:30 at some stage.
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
Hats off to my dad. He just ran a 1:42 Half Marathon and turns 75 in 2 months!
