Great win for Ajee Wilson! Finally beats Niyonsaba and in a fast time.

I won! I won! I won the woman’s 800m.
That's Semenya's **eighth** 1:55, and a negative split no less. Pretty incredible.
That's the first time Ajee has beaten Niyonsaba. Tilastapja says she was 0 for 8 before today

Corrected to 9.78, Coleman 9.84 in 2nd, Reese Prescott 9.88 in 3rd -- but 2.4m/s wind just confirmed :-(
Either way those were some great times, wonder what the conversion is

Typical pre. ...fast times because the place is a huge wind tunnel.
However, it was great race. Coleman looks good. It was the first race of the season for him, so 9.84 to open with means he is
in great form.
Baker only does great at Pre.

Says a 9.78 in Eugene at 2.4m/s converts to a 9.89 in still air, and a 9.80 at +2.0m/s. It was a great run from Baker, who has had a lot of trouble converting that indoor 60m speed to the 100m.
DANG! Will Claye doesn't have a sponsor? I thought Nike sponsored almost all of the elite field athletes.
Also announcers have been saying that the wind is inconsistent / fleeting, so maybe it didn't affect the race that much. Meanwhile steeple is off, rabbits were supposedly asked to go at a reasonable 8:08 pace so it seems very achievable for Jager. Kipruto leading after the pacers drop off
NBC sucks can't even show the entire steeplechase race............typical
2 interruptions during the steeple. It's an 8 minute race for God's sake.

Yeah, it's a real shame they don't make that known. For the price, it appears to me to be the best deal out there. Again, it's a bummer that it's not an option for the other 95% of us in the world.
What is shocking is that Su couldn't run faster than 9.90 at Pre.. He has run 9.9 this year, so one would think that
he would have been able to drop a 9.8
If NBC is going to interrupt a race for field events, at least show them live and not with this embarrassingly delay.
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
Running for Bowerman Track Club used to be cool now its embarrassing
Hats off to my dad. He just ran a 1:42 Half Marathon and turns 75 in 2 months!
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
Rest in Peace Adrian Lehmann - 2:11 Swiss marathoner. Dies of heart attack.
