I ran competitively in college and for a few years after. Since then, I still run regularly but only for fitness and significantly less (30-40 miles a week vs. the 90-100 miles a week I was doing when I was competitive). I also bike occasionally. Back in college, I was 120-125 pounds at 5'7. Nowadays, I weigh more like 135 pounds.
I can't help but notice that I seem to be getting way more attention from guys. My body is complimented MUCH more than it used to be. I have to admit I am a little surprised, especially from reading this message board and seeing what the preferences of the guys on here is.
