not sure what is up with my upper calf, almost directly behind my knee, but more on the inside of my upper calf. I can run for 40 minutes and then it begins to feel like my calf could snap. Is it tight calf muscles? Hamstring tightness? IT band problems? Its all good under 40 mins but anything over it hurts and greatly effects my running form. I have taken days off and it still does not help the issue.
anyone ever had any trouble with this?
