I started running back in October, ran around 15-20 mpw and ran a 20 min 5k in December, and completed my first half marathon last week in 1:45 (I was aiming for less) and averaged 25 mpw in my 12 week training plan for that. I'm running my first marathon in around 6 months, is 3:30 realistic? I ran 1:45 in bad conditions (just been on vacation for 2 weeks and was 24 celsius). I would like to have a realistic goal in mind so I can adapt this into my training (I am aware that 3:30 is a very good time for first timers, but feel I have good potential) Also I'm 20 years old
