Love that the lead image is of Makhloufi

Kenya has 53 sportsmen and women among the 363 while Russia has the largest number of athletes with suspicious readings. Almost all of the athletes from Kenya, USA, Jamaica and Russian under the 4+ classification have served bans or are being investigated for doping.
At least the "Russians" are. Fits the narrative well.
lol. it says every Kenyan tested came back dirty. Really? Who would think a human who looks like death (skin and bones) could perform at elite athlete's pace for such a long distance. Environment and dedication my a$$. Those stick figures get EPO from the same corner store they buy goats from. Americans are no different. What are the odds that so many high level TRACK athletes seem to suffer from asthma?
The Western dopers would not appear as "4*", beacuse of TUE.
In September 2016, Dr Richard McLaren, expressed fear over the misuse of Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) when he told the BBC that the system is ‘open to abuse’.
A TUE allows an athlete to use a prohibited medication or procedure to treat a legitimate medical condition.
While necessary heart medicine of Russians like meldonium is "banned" for political reasons. Complete with unending hoopla about election collusion. Guess Putin didn't gift enough to Clinton Family Foundation.
In Kenya, for instance, journalists are aware of how athletes use what are loosely called ‘energy boosters’. Such information, however, would not see the light of day given the strict Wada code.
We won't ever see that list. This sport is a joke. Almost as bad as cycling.
A secret dossier by the global athletics body has linked 363 top athletes to prohibited drug use.
Sounds like an Independent Person is needed to carry out an investigation, and blame the whole thing on those whom it truly belongs.
53 Kenyans lol. As long as fraud agents such as Rosa and RENATO clown "Kenyans don't dope" CANOVA are in this sport it is a joke.
Old News from 2015, what does, at this point, it matter?

No, it says that every athlete in the list from Kenya have served bans or been investigated for doping.
IAAF Anti-Doping Programme – 2015 Testing Statistics
Fake News.
Real IAAF Statistics output, would not have actual names attached, only en masse dataform, or encoded ID identifier. First rule of hiding evidence, unlikely Coe that slobby.
More like a document of names for potential bribery engagements.
IAAF would never release this, only Fancy Bears can help.
Attention BROJOS! Please get after this! Dig in...!
"The document, prepared by a team led by the IAAF Chief Medical Officer, Dr Stephen Bermon, paints a picture of a sport rotten to the core." Oh, I'm shocked, when did that happen?
"Kenya has 53 sportsmen and women among the 363 while Russia has the largest number of athletes with suspicious readings." No, couldn't be. They live at altitude and have strong minds.
Moses Kiptanui, a three-time world 3,000m steeplechase champion, told Reuters. "Marathon runners failing dope tests was almost becoming normal."

Well, I'm sure the Kenyan newspaper that is reporting it would have mentioned if any big names from the USA or GB were on the list.
Russia has the largest total, and so more than Kenya's 53. So let's say Africa has 200 names on the list, Russia close to 100, other dodgy countries could push that total up to near or to the 363 mark.
It also mentions Kiprop being one of the athletes. So probably some more very big Kenyan names going to be revealed, despite them recieving tip offs from their corrupt Kenyan testers.
Stocking up on popcorn now.

It said that legally, it couldn't name any names.
Bombs will drop soon, however. This is exactly how it will happen- from a leaker that will make it available to a paper, magazine, etc. Fancybears already has some very detailed info that for whatever reason (opinions vary), it hasn't released yet.
I guess because it's on the internet, it must be true. I'm not that impressed by the journalism of the Kenyan "Standard Team" (or anyone who fell for it).
After less than 1 minute of google search, it turns out this "secret dossier" "never made ... public" by the IAAF "three years since they were compiled" was actually published on the IAAF's own public website, as early as 8 Mar 2016.
It can be found by scrolling down the "Anti-Doping" page and looking for "2015 Testing Statistics".
Note, that "2016 Testing Statistics" is also available, since Mar 2017.
It is not new, and it is not secret, and it has been available to the public for more than two years, and includes 1400+ names of athletes, notwithstanding any legal reasons not to reveal them at this stage.
The numbers "1-3" and "4+" are not ratings of suspicion, or indications of failed tests, but are simply the total number of "Tests/athlete". There is no indication of test results, or rating of suspicion, outside of the frequency of tests conducted.
Cool story bro.
You just mad that Rudisha, Kiplagat, and Kipchoge are all at 4+, just like Kiprop? Co-incidence?
