Perfect. Goes with the whole understanding your body, train don't strain, idea Coach ROC was mentioning.
And I also just came across a section in Running to the Top where Lydiard said many of the time trials are 3/4 or 7/8 of race effort. So, you're getting after it, but not killing yourself. I'm definitely excited to keep delving into this training method.
