RRR - Sounds like an epic race. Bummer you weren't fully healthy for it.
TDR - Solid week. Do you typically split your biggest volume day like Sunday?
OR - Nice race, about what I would expect based on your training and recent race results. PR's are never something to complain about.
Allen - Solid week. V02 workout looks a little better than the LT one, but you have plenty of time.
Sub 6:00 - Good volume even if the workouts weren't there.
Smoove - Good to see you back to doing more running than cross training.
AA Joe - Nice week, I wouldn't be surprised if you're able to run in the very low 1:20's.
Coach Jeff - I was hoping for a good Dr. Strange story there…glad to hear the knee is alright.
Epimetheus - The volume you're able to put in is insane. Can't wait to see how it pays off.

My Week:
M - 8 miles (6:18 avg.), started relaxed and got a little quicker.
T - 6.5 (6:21 avg.), mostly relaxed.
W - 4 wu/cd, 6.3 miles of 3,2,1 on, 1 off fartlek (5:39 avg)
T - Off
F - 8 miles (6:24 avg.), a little quicker than planned.
S - 16 mile long run (6:23 avg.), included a 7,6,5,4,3,2,1 on, 1 off fartlek, but it was ugly.
S - 6.5 miles easy (6:33 avg).
Overall I guess it wasn't the worst first quality week ever, but it was frustrating to see how out of shape I am. Lost a lot more than I had hoped. Going to be a long road back.
