Always goes sub 4 at Drake Relays w/ a 55 last lap, improvement
Will loose 10 pounds and peak for USA's, championship style race, closes fast, gets top 3

there's a big difference between "always" and "almost"
Rookie mistake
But he's back, that's the point

Holy moly: the U.S. now has 4 minute milers named Blankenship and Blankenbaker!
Honestly, the US champs will probably be won in about 3:42 which is a 4:00 mile. If he can get that closing speed down he might break top 3. If it goes any faster than 3:41 no way. If it goes any slower than 3:47 ehh, maybe not.
Not bad considering they went out in 63. Not sure what the conditions were like, but he beat some quality guys in the field.
I love Leo, but he is going the route of Lagat and Keflezighi - getting long in the tooth.

Yep, those are the only persons who have ever experienced the aging process.

What?
I'm not sure where in my post that it was implied that only those persons have aged.

Ah, nicely spotted. Would have sounded even better if their first names were Blake,
their parents just didn't think it through I guess.
You sunk my Blankenship! wrote:

The real question here is: who the hell is "Dey Dey" in 13th? What kinda name is dat?
By the way, I won the decathlon at Drake in 1972, ...exactly 46 Years ago BITCHES!!
Now my concern is whether I should wear my toeless pumps to dinner tonight with my LGBT sisters.

Dey Dey is the brother of Hey Dey and May Dey.
Black pumps look sharp with a gold medal accessories.
His mother , May Dey is an air traffic controller .
And I'm guessing the Hokas cost him AT LEAST a half a second. Too bad that's the best shoe contract he can get. He'd be better off buying a $100 pair of Nike spikes at Dick's Sporting Goods.
