Knife murders in the U.S per population is actually still HIGHER than in the U.K.
Eg 2016/17 murders from knives...
U.S 4.96 per million
U.K 3.26 per million
But then you also have the gun homicide stats (completely ignoring other angles like suicides as well)...
U.S 34 per million
U.K 0.4 per million
Are guns really helping stop knife crime, as they are still higher ? Doesn't look like it, does it.
