He ruins every thread he posts on with the same 12 different video or article links that he rotates through. Definitely a nuisance.

Wejo wouldn't be on the hunt for this guy if he didn't have a tendency to hate on LRC. There are doesn't of asshats on this site who like to troll, but that doesn't seem to bother the brojos in the least.

The NAU Cross Country team does their 10 mile tempo workouts at a faster sea-level equivalent pace... than your pathetic pace at some 10 mile race at sea level... which then gets 4 pages of posts on this thread at LetsRun.com.
In conclusion:

How has your training been going so far this year???

It turns out that Mr. Lilesa has a marathon PR of 2:04:52 at the Chicago marathon (which is just a little faster than Mr. Galen Rupp).

Wejo see what you started?
Here's the real question - if I beat Centro today can I count it as a Centro scalp?

Only if you can beat him at 1,500. Really folks, I'm in DC, and Centro looked comfortable and was having fun in this race. Nothing but a steady workout for him.

Hell yeah
Long story short...they train for different events. Kipchoge is entirely aerobic and doesn’t have the needed anaerobic capacity to beat centro in 1500m and below. However, on the flip side centro isn’t as aerobically strong as kipchige since he doesn’t need to be because he’s not a marathoner.
They’re workouts are different, they’re mileage is different, they’re bodies are different.
Hope this answers
I don't get how praising Flagstaff is anti LetsRun. When I went to Flagstaff in 2000 myself and Carlos Paradelo were the only two Olympic marathon Trials qualifiers training there. I started letsrun while there, my running took off, we praised Flagstaff all. The time and now it's the running training mecca of the US.
Looks like training Nike React shoe.
He’s the guy from the Paula thread who argued with Rekrunner. My guess is that you read that. . Seemed knowledgeable for a bit then switched to these posts,. But who knows...

Buze Diriba takes it over Biwott in 53:45. Top 6 about 10 seconds apart. Emma Bates first USA in about 9th? Yimer leads at mile 9 for men.
Pretty sure Diane Nukuri would be first american.
It's just strange. I can't see any rational explanation, and it's hard to fathom what possible agenda there can be to injecting a lot of random noise into any discussion. The link preview feature only makes it worse by adding pictures and headlines. It's like the homeless guy at a train station, talking to himself, occasionally shouting out random threats and obscenities, to no one there, completely oblivious to his surroundings. No offense meant to the homeless. In a recent thread, we saw he claims to be a doctor, living at high altitude for 26 years, and having analyzed more than 6000 blood samples. This looks like really strange behavior from a doctor both knowledgeable about the sport, and about blood values of athletes. Something happened around two years ago, and rjm33 "snapped". Now his contributions to threads like "Gwen Jorgensen" is to rehash many old links and allegations about the Rosas, Jeptoo, Sumgong, Kisorio, Erupe, Paula, Canova, Salazar, Saugy, hypo2, drug labels and their indications, rojo, and malaria, signing off with some unrelated jingle "Go rekrunner, Renato Canova, Federico Rosa... and Gabriele Rosa!!! Ha Ha Ha", despite the many links having nothing to do with rekrunner or Canova, not to mention Gwen Jorgensen. It's crazy.

Can someone explain this poster to me? I don't follow him but he is posting random stuff but I'm not sure what his agenda is.
But he uses lots of ... in his names. Posts a lot of TMs in his posts. Just strange but feel free to fill me in
wejo@letsrun.com. We gave him a timeout and he's back posting again but the same stuff.

I saw that too -- I guess I'm not alone in scratching my head over the motivation for the verbose, yet non-relevant, non-responsive posts, and can only concur with wejo when he says "it's strange" and "I'm not sure what his agenda is". His content/volume ratio has dropped significantly since the early contributions in Paula threads.
Please feel free to provide us a rational explanation.

you mean signal:noise ratio?

Is the correct word "then" or would "than" actually be the correct word?

Kind of a worthless prediction thread since he said it was a workout and beats running a hard run alone.
So, we're trying go guess a sub max level effort.
Most likely, he runs 49:30 - 49:50; calls it a good workout.
.
He's done nothing more than a workout in years.
