With 1K to go, Kenneth Kipkemoi was only 4th in the Rotterdam Marathon. Find the video to see him throw down a 2:42(!) to win his debut marathon in 2:05:43.

HE DID NOT ALMOST QUALIFY IN HOUSTON. It is beyond me that people can take the time to read the qualifying standards and then ignore them. The qualifying window using a Half Marathon does not begin until September 1st 2018. No one has qualified using a half marathon time yet. It is impossible. -
