It can vary a lot but around 40-60ft/mile. Occasionally more on longer runs.
I end in the same place that I start, so zero.

My easy runs (~6 miles) will have a total of about 330 feet total elevation gain, or about 55 ft/mile. My long run route (depending on the course) will have between 400-500 total elevation gain over the course of 12 miles.

70-80ft. per mile. I like hills on my runs.
I can calculate this easily from my online log. For the past 366 days, the average is 145 ft. It's higher in the summer when I'm more in the mountains and hilly trails. In the winter, I'm usually on flatter trails because a lot of the hilly ones are cross country skiing only.
I usually make sure to each week.
