Hoping to find some good, LRC advice or trolling I suppose.
I'm currently a college sophomore with ambitions to go to grad school in the future. I was fortunate enough to be able to go to undergrad for free by staying in state and having high grades/ACT score in high school. My biggest goal for going through college is to graduate completely debt free. I have no credit cards, no loan debt, and a couple decent jobs (running store salesman, and assistant high school track coach).
I am studying exercise science and hope to go to grad school for exercise science to become a physiologist, go to grad school and try to get into coaching collegiately, or go to Physical Therapy school. From what I have researched (although I have not researched extensively) the scholarships available for grad school are not nearly as large as for undergrad. I doubt that I will be able to pay off grad school using scholarships. That leaves me with the option of working during graduate school, which I am not opposed to but am afraid will be difficult to be successful in my schoolwork while earning enough money to pay for graduate school.
So, with this in mind, I've come to you all for advice. Is it possible to go through grad school debt free? How difficult is it to work and attend grad school simultaneously? Anyone have any experiences of getting through school debt free? Should I just drop out now and beg for money on the street?
