Oh, that must be why jamin was dodging homeless tents doing ;strides'.
I always wondered if people on the "missed connections" find each other.

Man, it's the end of an era. Used CL to meed dozens of people, some I still talk with. Lots of rare gems on there, but the garbage ads just killed the place. The past year or so there were fewer and fewer quality finds.
Plenty of other placed to meet whatever flavor of person I'm craving at the moment, though.
It was already a cesspool of scammers and catfishers anyways.
This is a golden opportunity for CL to go after
the eBay auction market.
I suspect LRC will have a sudden influx of users because this is a close match to the m4m casual encounters section of craigslist.
Wut. I love the craigslist personals. This is tragedy.

Just admit it already, you've tried it.
I posted there quite a few times, out of journalistic curiosity. It got to be a challenge - what can I possibly post that would draw an actual response from an actual woman? I probably got four or five actual responses, and the rate of return had dwindled to virtually nothing the last few years, other than obvious spammers. I had one really troubling experience where I felt like the woman somehow knew me. That freaked me out for a while.
They have wanted to get rid of them for a long time, they were just looking for a way to blame someone else for removing them.
What really killed it was, of course, bots for Casual Encounters. But Tinder, Match, eHarmony, and Bumble when it came to the run-of-the-mill personals.
"due to in 1865 "
WTF does this mean?

If you knew what you were doing, it was workable.
I'm married now (not that marriage keeps everyone from CL personals), but in my bachelor days I kept a line in the water on CL. A good ad and pic unearthed some real gems. Hahaha ahhh those were good times.

How long ago was that, though? I'm a pretty good writer, and I look reasonably good shirtless, and it was virtually nothing in recent times.
It's not just me, either. I went on a business trip and was able to try Bumble (I'm married), and I couldn't believe what I was pulling in.
Anyone know of another place to seek "young looking" males while implying, but not overtly saying, that I'd be okay with an underage partner?
Damnit, well there goes my sex life.
