What results would this plan lead to exactly? I mean in terms of vo2 max improvements, mile time improvements, leg speed, etc. The reason I’m considering doing this is because Im getting extremely bored of running milage and I just don’t have the patience for it anymore.
Also assume injury isn’t a factor when addressing this question because I don’t want 1000 replies on how it would bring on injury. I’ve been going hard for years and I don’t tend to get injured.
