Who are the top runners on Strava to follow? Always interested to see how the elite train
Who are the top runners on Strava to follow? Always interested to see how the elite train
sage, wamsley, etc are all on strava
not sure about everyone else
Hamish Carson, 3.36/747 nz olympian
Ben true and Nick arciniaga are intermittently on.
Max king
2nd place female at marathon Nationals Roberta groner is on there
Marty Hehir, US top 10 at 10,000m.
Thanks for this req! Instant follow since I'm applying for med schools soon and have always wondered what high mileage/training as a med student would look like (was guessing a lot of early mornings and maybe a lack of doubles). Wish more shorter distance elites were on strava sharing at least some of their training, just to see the day to day grind.
Callum Hawkins was mind-blowing.

Yeah, this guy is a good runner and top scholar who ran 31 min 10K in college.
I looked up med student Marty Hehir and saw he ran 28:08 10K and was 7th in US Olympic Trials.
So those are some good follows if you want inspiration during your grad school years.

He asked for runners.
Robbie Fitzgibbon is on Strava if you want to follow a middle distance guy. He's run 3:37 for 1500m and still U23. Trains with Charlie Grice. Not super world class yet but no slouch either.
