Who cares Erin Finn...if you can't handle it, than you can't handle being an athlete. That's what the competition is all about. The same thing is done in football and basketball and nobody complains. It's a sport and you have to be able to compete...

Also, who cares what she thinks? Call me when this chick wins something.

Stop being unsympathetic @sses. You guys aren’t good enough to know what it’s like to be publicly kicked when you’re down (or up). It’s hard enough dealing with an injury, depression, or what have you as an elite. We need more Erin’s in the world to call out the media.
Funny how the media is cosidered a super hero when it fits the agenda.

She will continue her education and run both indoor and outdoor next year. Getting a 6th year is not that tough. Medical redshirt will drive the haters crazy. I can't wait.
Medical redshirt for what? Isn’t that what the 5th yr is for? No, the haters will say she’s a 24 yo running against 18 yos. Time to move on.
What's the biggest race she has ever won?
*crickets*
As a content consumer, this article is nice to see, shows me every athlete that is on the bubble heading into the last weekend before ncaa qualifying. Essentially shows who needs to run a top 16 time at their conference meet to make it to ncaas. It isn't knocking anyone. Grow up
I agree with Erin. I pray everyday for God to end Twitter and let me keep my AR-15. GB.

I wish these schools would update the common folk whar is up with everyone . Both _ Erin and Jamie Phelan are out and no one outside the program knows what is going on . Yet another reason why the sport is not super popular I guess .
We talk about college basketball teams this way
We talk about pro teams this way
If we want coverage like a real sport there has to be positive and negative.
