You’re saying Coleman is on something? I’m really curious on what opinions are, please no troll comments. Thanks.
Does anyone else think he might have a chance of beating Bolt's world records? He has the acceleration. He won't be able to reach Bolt's top speed, but if he can accelerate well enough, he might get close to 9.58. We would probably have to see him get under 6.3.

Plz explain reasons why he can't reach Bolt's top speed?
Coleman has progressed like clockwork the last four years: roughly one full tenth per year in the 60, a bit more than a tenth in the 100. Based on that, we can expect a 9.70 this summer. Gay's AR is 9.69.
Literally?

I think it’s because people assume shorter sprinters are disadvantaged at top speed compared to taller guys.
where was bromell?

No chance he can do it.
Bolt went 6.31 (1.99, .99, .90, .86, .83, .82) then
.81
.82
.83
.83 = 3.27 ( all the thousandths are rounded up)
Coleman's ran 6.38 to 60m then his last 40m at World Champs was
.88
.88
.88
.92
In his collegiate record 9.82 he might have hit .85 and maintained it for for a bit longer but he will never get to the .82/3 range of top end speed needed to get close to Bolt's WR. He MIGHT run 9.6 HIGH but will never touch the record.
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
Rest in Peace Adrian Lehmann - 2:11 Swiss marathoner. Dies of heart attack.
