Need to point out that the Patriots were only called for 1 penalty, a false start the whole game. No holding calls. No interference calls.
The Eagles were flagged 6 times. That is, they were penalized 6 times more than the Patriots. That included 2 holding penalties and a block in the back.
The Patriots had calls and non-calls go in there favor more so in that game.
