A great runner and friend lost his battle with depression on February 10, 2018. Jon trained in Boulder, Colorado and was a 27:59 10k runner who was sponsored by Adidas.

damn, its pretty sad, I'm sure the life of a professional runner is pretty lonely. Seems like such a nice guy to come up and say hello to an older guy that he basically met in passing especially when you consider how self absorbed (i guess a lot of it is anxiety) a lot of runners can be. RIP.
