As far as the men go, Bedan Karoki running a blazing 58:42 to repeat is just awe inspiring. The only thing more amazing is that Kamworor routinely beats him at the distance. I hope both run the HM WC in Spain.

Because they don't have terrible form. They are very mobile and relaxed. You aren't supposed to look like a robot when you run like every American runner. You cannot simultaneously be rigid and mobile.
