name change
I mean, Trayvon Bromell got $800k/year from New Balance.
I would imagine close to 7 figures base, yearly. She is special.
She will do very well in Hollywood. Congratulations to Hannah.
LOL. You have no clue. Hilarious.
She got between 20-80k base.
Sprinters who make teams get paid bank. Top 3-5 people. After that, sprints drops off dramatically.
If you are a sprinter who is outside the top 8 in the US you will not make over 100k.
She is 18th in the US in the 100m last year.
She also loves herself too much, narcissism is not a great marketing strategy.
Why does this thread say 1 post but when I click on it, it has 8 posts?
Guessing she got $40k per year for 3 years.
If Gen Lecave got $120k/year, there is no way Cunliffe only got $40k/year.

She has to be getting more than $120k/year. 10.99 100m is superstar material and at her age there is a lot of potential. Her looks do play into the sponsorship, she has a look that Europeans love and that will do well even in countries like India. She can be used in advertisements just about anywhere in the world.
She finally announced she signed with Adidas and her agent is Paul Doyle. That combo is the absolute best place for her to be. Doyle looks like a great agent. His roster is strong. His athletes are sponsored by various shoe companies so he isn't beholden to a particular sponsor. His athletes get into meets everywhere.
The remaining piece of the puzzle is the coach. Adidas is liberal when it comes to letting athletes choose their coaches. I believe Seagrave's group in Florida is all Adidas. Doesn't look like any of Doyle's athletes train with Seagrave. At least three of Doyle's athletes train at Altis. I can't see Hannah doing well in the regimented environment of Altis, away from her family. Will be interesting to see who will coach her. Maybe her Dad.
There's an interview with Cunliffe about her going pro on Flotrack's On the Run podcast.

It's hard to believe she is as fast as she is. She just doesn't look the part with her short stubby legs and a long, backwards leaning torso. Honestly, I would not be surprised if she never makes a US team. Hope Adi didn't overpay.

You need to look at more photos of her. Her ratio of leg length to torso length is good for a sprinter. In some photos her legs look stubby, in others slender, depending on the camera angle. Heavy musculature creates an optical illusion of "stubbiness". Adidas has the world's top sprint coaches and biomechanists consulting to them. They evaluate talent very well. Name an Adidas sponsored athlete who has not performed well. Honestly, with your weak mind I would not be surprised if you never make a US team. Don't quit your day job.

Ricky Rubio? Rakieem "Mookie" Mustafa Allah Salaam?
Also, I was in the Confederacy so, no, I never made a US team.

1. she is getting signed for potential and she isn't "slow"
2. she isn't ugly
3. she has a really nice body
Let's all agree that even if she isn't the best sprinter out there, she is the best with those three traits.
I also agree she isn't getting tons of money, but more than Oregon paid her.

Her deal is based on development. Its not big bucks.
The hope is she makes national teams, remember we take three in individual events, relay squads take top six finishers. Advance planning in play now for Tokyo as all the shoe companies will start to build rosters out with younger potentials.
She's worth a lane in Europe as long as she stays competitive.
She won't break US or world records.
