I don't know about you but I don't workout for anyone but myself.. I mean looking better for ladies and getting more respect from your bros is just a bonus. One thing I've discovered is how truly insecure and unhappy a lot of bodybuilders really are, because they slave away lifting weights and say they are doing it to better themselves but in reality the only reason they do it is because they want people to envy them. Go to the misc section on bodybuilding.com and see how arrogant/insecure most of the people are and then go to the misc section of a running website and see how friendly and happy most people seem to be.
