I got the flu last Thursday, so 9 days ago. Fever went down by Sunday night, then back up on Wednesday, then back down to normal. I’m mostly functioning normally and feeling fine in my day-to-fay life, but when I run I have terrible coughing fits that force me to stop every few minutes, even at an easy pace (which is all I’ve tried since being sick). I also feel way more tired than usual, and have adjusted mileage accordingly. Does anyone have an idea of how long this will last, or how I should be training until I’m completely better?
