Idiots on here were talking sub-13.

Seems like you were trolled.
Did anyone watch it? Did they actually race to the line? I'd be stunned if Rupp could keep it within .11 of Kejelcha.
I mean prior to tonight they had raced 3 times all at 5000 in 2015 and Kejelcha won by 1.82 at Pre, 1.47 at Worlds and 14.40 seconds at Brussels. I'd think that 2.5 years later and at 3000 that Kejelcha would beat him by a ton.
Rupp and Kejelcha ran it as a workout, trading the lead about every 800m. At the end, Kejelcha effortlessly passed Rupp for the win.
I also am stunned and im a fan of Rupp. If what that poster said is true that they traded the lead this is still a brilliant result for Rupp
Basically, a NOP speed session. So Yomif is the new Mo for Rupp.
If he does not run at least 2:06 this year, I don't want hear crap about this guy being able to run fast.
Ethiopians and Kenyans are running 2;04s in their sleep now, as we saw in Dubai.
I too care about time, but if he wins boston...Kinda time to give him his credit.
This happens frequently and I too wonder if there is a substance abuse issue.
They did not race each other at the end, they cruised it in comfortably
Rupp is slow. Face it.

Rupp not outrun Farah. He cannot outrun Kejelch.
It is long past time to look for the next really good American marathoner. RIP, Rupp as a 2:05 guy.

The funny thing is, he raced in a Bulls #23 jersey
anybody know what is scheduled running wise there tomorrow (Saturday)? Might stop over to check it out if there's something good. Can't find it online.
Thx.
ok found the schedule, but if anything is supposed to be particularly good, let me know, please.

Seems like you think you know the intent of every anonymous poster on this POS board.

The heat sheets say who is racing what and the afternoon races will be pretty good. However, the Dempsey track is pretty sh!t for spectating, which is too bad since it draws all the good PNW based runners in the winter
