And Hakeem the Dream
If Brady wins this superbowl there will not be much argument, he will be accepted as the goat. If he loses he still is the goat but some people will argue against it.
He is the choice of GOAT with all the bots. If we could feel love, we would love Tom Brady.
Brady's Pats BARELY won all of their Superbowls. Their first 3 were won by 3 points, then Seattle handed them a win when they threw the ball instead of giving it to Beast Mode at the goal line, then Atlanta had the biggest choke job of all time. The Pats could EASILY be 0-7 in Super Bowl wins!
Jordan's Bulls dominated every NBA finals. There was NO question that they would win each and every title. The closest they got to losing was when they beat Utah 4-2!!
Brady is part of a great team, he only plays offense, Defense wins championships. They win they have a great D, when they didn't they didn't win, pretty simple.
This is so dumb wrote:

It's too bad Jordan teams didn't even make it to the finals so many times. A Brady team had a 50% chance of making the finals. A Jordan team had less of a chance of making the finals. Thats all you need to know.
When Brady as quarterback was captain of his team leading them to the finals, Jordan would be home golfing & gambling. Being goat is more than just jumping high.
Although Jordan never gave his teammates credit he had an amazing supporting cast. Without pippen Jordan wins nothing. Rodman the premier rebounder was huge in the team.
Jordan certainly was a great athlete but he is not even the best basketball player. Would you really pick Jordan over shaq, Bill russell, jabber or lebron?
Bottom line, Brady has won numerous times with weak or injury deleted teams.
Jordan NEVER won with a weak team. When Jordan played on weak teams the team's were still weak....washington?
I've never heard of either of them. Must be some US based sports question. Federer or Messi.
This is the logic that many of you are missing.
It's easier for a great player to win championships when he is playing an individual sport.
It's a bit harder for a great player to win championships when he plays with 4 other teammates who are not as good as him.
It's harder still for a great player to lead his team to championships when he is on the field only 1/2 of the time.
But when he does it is truly remarkable.
LoL Shaq, you mean the guy who had to be taken out of the game in the 4th quarter cause he was a defensive liability? The guy that can't hit free throws? I'm not surprised that defense has no meaning to you since you think Brady is better than Jordan. The refs cheated for Shaq to win against the Kings and Mavericks, what a joke! He isn't even a top 3 center of all time, let alone GOAT.
Without Kobe/Wade, Shaq wins nothing. Without Magic/Oscar, Kareem wins nothing. See how silly your argument is? I'm not even going to waste my time on LeBron. Anyone who thinks LeBron is a GOAT a obviously a teenager with no basketball knowledge.
Russell was great but he won when there were 8 freaking teams in the league and all of the hall of famers were good teammates. So it's hilarious that you call out Jordan for having great teammates when every hall of famer in the 50s was on Russell's team! In today's game he would be undersized and he had zero offense. Just like Shaq can't be GOAT cause he is a defensive liability, Russell is an offensive liability.
Shaq at his peak, when some more weight on and became a giant could win a game all by himself. They would triple team him and he still would score.
And if you really think Russell or jabbar would be selected after Jordan to build a team around, you do know history.
Neither Jordan nor Brady deserve the title of the Grestest GOAT. Brady is in a great system that matches his abilities extremely well. Jordan had great teammates and concerning his is supposed to be the best ever, he can't even make free throws with no one guarding so no referees can call fouls when he misses. He ranks 100 in free throw percentage.
The competition is between Federer, just his 20th major, and Messi (just watch his videos). Both are on the world stage not just playing in mostly amercan sports.

Can we really consider tennis a sport on par with football (soccer) though? How many people really play tennis? It's mostly a euro/americas centric sport. Football is clearly much more popular with more participants, therefore Messi over Federer.
Here is the list: Messi>Gretzky>Woods>Brady>Jordan>Federer
Don Bradman in cricket is most the dominant athlete in any sport by far. His career batting avg. gives him a z-score of 6.48. Unreal.
Personal favorite is Roger Federer.
/thread
between the two is Jordan..............lots of talk about different GOATs Eddy Merckx!! hands down, drop the mic!!!
You must be looking for lots of angry posts.
By a landslide it's got to be Michael Jordan.
I would rank Brady among the lowest of the low along with Belichick and Sean Payton.
Cheaters to the core.

Once again we agree! Class, talent, showmanship, good sportsmanship, best in his sport, etc.
Win or lose today, MVP Tom Brady is the best quarterback that ever played the game. I have seen and been a huge fan of many great quarterbacks, Joe Montana, Peyton Manning, Fran Tankenton, Marino, but none are as great as Tom Brady. Some may have been better in certain categories, arm strength, leg speed, but none put it all together and are as great as Tom Brady.
Enjoy the game today. Someday you will be able to tell your kids and grandkids, that you saw Tom Brady play and that no one could close out a game like Brady.

Brady isn't worth his weight in dirt. Good to see Foles give him the big dick tonight. Brady's a wimp who wouldn't be anywhere without his defense.
