so i have had this problem for a few years now. i am a junior in highschool and my season is just about over, so i am getting ready for spring now. i run the 600 in winter and my best time is 1:34. its not the best time, but its one of the better ones on the team. i also run a 52.8 400. when i run the 600, i always get a 30 second split for the first and second 200m. on the last 200m i get 34-35. i am in decent shape, but i still cant push myself hard enough to get even splits. can someone give me a solution here?
