I can smell you through the net.
I run to work and there is no shower. I wipe off head to toe with a baby wipe. Plus i work construction. Not like im coope up in an office. There are plenty of smelly people that havent exercised since elementary school
Here's a great solution for you "office" types:

What do you do? Are you sitting next to people in a meeting for most of the day? Do you have your own office? Are you running around delivering coffee and tea?
Your co-workers probably smell you, but everyone used to smell way worse 50 years ago before everyone got washing machines, and my Canadian friends don't use deodorant.
I'd add in some wet wipes for your sweet spots (crotch, crack, armpits). Unless you are in sales meeting customers, or need to impress bosses for advancement, I think you are fine.
I have my own office, so I'm not smelling up the cube farm. And I definitely give myself a chance to cool down before heading back to work.
I don't think I smell after I run, but maybe I do? I could do better wiping down the sweet spots, that's for sure.
I bet your co-workers just can't wait to enter your sweaty, damp, dank office
I understand your problem, I have also been working for several years like that. I am very worried about the fact that there is little time left for myself after work. Previously, I also had to spend about 10 minutes so that my shower could tune in normally to a good flow of water, which is why I didn't always have time to have lunch during my break at work. Thank God I recently decided to reinstall the shower on a bluetooth shower head and have no more problems with this. In general, if you have no other choice, then at least provide yourself with the most comfortable conditions at home in order to have at least a little better rest. If you wonder what shower i use, it's https://gethai.com/
