I count myself very lucky in that if I like a certain food, I never get tired of it. I start to miss other foods, but what I like, I like and I never like it any less no matter how much I eat it. I like eggs, lean beef and chicken breast, bananas and milk, as well as carrots, sweet pepper and onions, sauteed in olive oil. I'll add kidney beans occasionally.
My diet has consisted of mostly those foods, in various combinations, for a very long time and I tire if it not one bit. A pint of chocolate milk and a hand of bananas is my death row meal haha
How is coffee bad for you? Other than being a diuretic?
