Well, I hate being sick but get what you're saying. I'm a Nordic ski racer and one of my favorite feelings is being really 'sore/worked' after a hard 50K. Very satisfying feeling, as though my body has been doing what nature meant it to do, which is work hard (second most important thing after sex... )

Having a cold/flu is going on nature's operating table. Not always fun but we should enjoy the process of eliminating the various layers of mucus within our tissues from all the acids, pus, ice cream, dairy, and unclean foods we and our forefathers consumed.
