Not specifically the "Worst Overall" but these are the top 10 universities by enrollment and how well their running programs do:

1.) University of Central Florida: Women were 5th in the AAC last year, 18th in the South region. No men's team
2.) Texas A&M University: Women are currently 6th in South Central region rankings right now, Men are 3rd.
3.) Ohio State University: Women are currently 6th in Great Lakes region, Men are unranked.
4.) Florida International University: Both currently unranked in the South region. Women were last in C-USA and only ran 4 at the South region. Men were also last in the C-USA last year and only had 3 runners at the South regional.
5.) University of Florida: Women are currently ranked 12th in the South region, men are unranked.
6.) Arizona State University: Women are currently ranked 9th in the West region, men are unranked.
7.) University of Minnesota: Women are currently ranked 1st in the Midwest region and 19th in the nation, men are ranked 2nd in the Midwest region and 18th in the nation.
8.) University of Texas (at Austin): Women are currently ranked 5th in the South Central region, men are ranked 1st in the South Central and 24th in the nation.
9.) Michigan State Univeristy: Women are currently ranked 3rd in the Great Lakes region and 20th in the nation, men are ranked 2nd in the Great Lakes and 15th in the nation.
10.) Indiana University: Women are currently ranked 5th in the Great Lakes region and 29th in the nation, men are ranked 6th in the Great Lakes."
